The primary idea behind having this event is to identify and develop creativity and passion for innovation amongst MMS Students. This is because today, creativity and innovation helps businesses discover what opportunities exist now, or are likely to emerge in the future. Successful businesses often anticipate future trends and develop an idea, product or service that allows them to meet this future demand rapidly and effectively. Used properly, creativity and innovation gives a commercial advantage - especially in saturated or rapidly shifting markets.
Every Year, this event is organized for and by the first semester students of MMS. Every group, out of ten groups of students, present its unique and innovative product idea and this idea is evaluated and judged by remaining nine group members.
In year 2015, an idea – “Fruc2O, An innovative fruit juice and water convenient bottles caps” presented by Mr. Lovesh and his team was appreciated by entire class. This idea was then submitted for an event in Economic Times and the idea got selected in top 55 innovative ideas among 400+ innovative ideas from all over India.
