Library About Us

About the Library

"In the vast treasury of knowledge, the library stands as a sanctuary, guarding the precious gems of wisdom, waiting to unveil the secrets of countless worlds to those who seek its embrace." The library is the heart of any educational institution, providing a wealth of knowledge to its students and staff. The Library is located on the 2 nd floor, at the centre of the main building of Agnel Technical Education Complex Our library has a student centric approach and we provide Quality Knowledge Dissemination and Applications through various platforms. The reference section is comprised of the Books Section, a Periodicals Section, a Project Report Section, a Newspaper Section, and an Indian Standards Section, with a system of open access to all users that can be used by 80 students at a time. The library acquires, collects, develops, stores, and disseminates library resources and helps the users in their academic and extracurricular activities.

Library is fully automated through KOHA software. Transaction of books is based on barcoded student’s I-cards and barcode on books. Cataloguing of books, Report generation is done through KOHA accurately.
