In FCRIMS, industrial visit is considered as a part of MMS curriculum. Industrial visits for students are arranged every year with an objective to provide students an insight into the real working environment of the industry, to gain first-hand information regarding functioning of the industry and to help students to understand do’s and don’ts of industrial practice.
Industrial realities are opened to the students through industrial visits. Industrial visits help students to combine theoretical knowledge with industrial knowledge and students get a practical exposure to current work practices in various industries from different sectors.
With an aim to go beyond academics, some of the industries visited by our students in last few years are: Videocon Industries limited, Aurangabad., Volkswagen, Pune., Mahindra and Mahindra, Nasik., AMUL, Anand, Gujrat., Surat Lignite Power Plant (GIPCL), Surat, Gujrat.,United Phosphorous Ltd.,Ankaleshwar.,Goa Shipyard, Goa.
