Students are allowed to take two books from library for period of seven days. After seven days, they can reissue or return the books to the library, Fine of Rs. 5/- is levied for late returns. Issued books can be renewed again for next 7 days, maximum of 3 times, if there is no any demand for those books. Books in demand are not renewable. Transaction of books is done at the circulation counter where students can approach the library staff for home lending of library books. There is a closed access for students in circulation section. Journals, Project Reports, Technical Reference Books & Bound volumes are to be consulted in the library only. Faculty members are allowed to issue seven books for whole semester. Non-teaching staff members may issue two books for a month.

Transaction of Books Section

Reading Room available with seating Capacity of 100 students at a time. Students can keep their bags at the baggage counter if they want to seat in the reading hall of the library. Library Reading Section

Multimedia PCs are kept in this section for students so that they can access e-resources of the library which are subscribed by the institute. Students can use these multimedia pcs for their study related things.

In Multimedia section, 10 PCs are kept for students where they can access e-resources of the library, as well as E-resources of the library are e-journals, e-books like Ebsco e-books and ProQuest e-journals packages. Bookmarks are created on each pc for the links of e-resources for immediate access.

Multimedia Section

The library has a good collection of reference books & competitive exam books for the students appearing for various competitive exams, Reference Books, General Books, Rare books, Motivational Books, Competitive Examination, Encyclopaedia, Dictionaries, Communication Skills, Religious Books. Reference text books are issued after 4.00 pm only and the same book has to be returned following morning.

Reference Section

Ex-students can take this membership if they want to use library for their study purpose. Membership is open to all the students, faculty and staff of Agnel Technical Education Complex.

The students and faculty of other colleges/institutes are also allowed.

Two kinds of memberships are there; one is only for reading which is for Rs. 500/- for one year and Rs. 1500/- for reading and borrowing only one book for 15 days.
